Craft Vendor Application

We’re excited to have you join us! Complete the form below — your booth will be reserved once payment is received. If a payment option doesn’t appear after you submit your application, a link will be emailed after your application is reviewed.

Vendor Rules:

No alcohol, smoking or drugs are allowed on the premises.  The sale of any such item is prohibited.

Contact Information:

Vendors are required to remain open until at least 6:00 PM and are encouraged to stay open as long as there is steady foot traffic. For safety reasons, vehicles will not be permitted in the festival area for loading until after 6:00 PM.

Vendors may begin setting up on Friday, October 2nd from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday, October 3rd from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM. The vendor entrance will close at 11:00 AM, and all vendors must be fully set up by 11:30 AM.

Booth fees are $60 for a 10x10 indoor space and $50 for a 10x10 outdoor space, with an additional $10 charge for electricity. Indoor spaces are limited and will be removed as an option once all have been reserved. Applications and payments made after October 1st may not be accepted. After completing the online vendor application.  After you submit your application, a payment link will appear.  If the payment option doesnt appear, a payment link will be sent to your email once your application has been reviewed. If you prefer, payments can be made by phone at 580-429-3940 ext. 102 or by mailing a check payable to Sonrise at 19792 NW Cache Rd, Cache, OK 73527. Vendor booths will not be reserved until both payment and application are received. A confirmation email will be sent once registration is complete.  Setup instructions will be emailed two weeks prior to the event. All paid vendors are encouraged to join the Festival of the Wichitas – Vendor Facebook group to stay up to date on festival announcements and important vendor information.

No tents or canopies may be set up inside the vendor barn.

If you paid for electricity, please bring your own extension cords and/or surge protectors.

Please bring your own tables and chairs.  We will not be providing them.

We are a ministry that labors to change the lives of men in addiction. Therefore, the sale of anything vulgar, profane or items promoting drugs or alcohol is also strictly prohibited.

All vendors understand they will report and pay their own state and local sales tax on all sales from this event. All vendors are required to clean up the space they occupy. No trash, product, accessories shall be left behind.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract of any vendor for any violation of rules and regulations, or as we deem necessary. We reserve the right to add, delete, interpret, or amend rules and regulations contained herein as we deem necessary. Sonrise is not responsible for any accidents, damage, or theft.
